  4. Free Pickup Service:
    For approved replacement requests, we will arrange a free pickup of the defective, different, or damaged item from your location.
  5. Packaging Instructions:
    Customers must pack the item carefully to avoid further damage during transit. If the item is not packed properly and gets damaged during return shipping, the replacement request may be denied.

2. Standard Warranty (Replacement After 5 Days)

After the 5-day testing warranty period, certain items come with a standard warranty based on their category. If the item fails within the standard warranty duration, customers can contact us for a replacement or refund.

  • Testing warranty starts from the date of delivery.
